03.03.2011 | Survey on contained use regulation in EU States shows need for further harmonisation
A survey commissioned by COGEM on the implementation of EU Directive 2009/41/EC on the contained use of genetically modified micro-organisms in 11 EU member States shows that there is a need to revitalise the Competent Authorities meetings at EU level to take stock of the experiences gained over the past years in the various Member States and to further harmonize the implementation of the Directive.
